1. Delivery Policy
At Gusto Furniture, we are committed to delivering our products with care and efficiency. Our delivery policy operates under the following guidelines:
1.1. Delivery Scheduling
Once an order is placed and invoiced, our customer care team will contact you to schedule the delivery date and time.
Should you wish to change your delivery date, please notify us at least 2 business days in advance. Delivery will be rescheduled to the next available slot.
1.2. Standard Delivery Timeline
Unless otherwise stated (e.g., pre-order items), all deliveries will be completed within 5 working days of order confirmation. Pre-order items will follow the timeline mentioned on the product page.
1.3. Delays Due to Unforeseen Events
While we aim to deliver on time, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control. If this happens, our team will inform you promptly and offer the next available delivery slot.
1.4. Accurate Address Details
Please ensure the address, contact number, and delivery instructions you provide are complete and accurate. Gusto Furniture is not responsible for delivery delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
1.5. Transfer of Risk
Ownership and risk of loss for purchased items are transferred to the customer upon successful delivery at the confirmed address.
1.6. Product Inspection
Customers must inspect the product thoroughly at the time of delivery before signing the receipt.
1.7. Acknowledgement of Condition
By signing the delivery receipt, customers acknowledge the product has been received in good condition and free of visible damage.

2. Storage Policy
Once a purchase is made, customers are required to take delivery within 30 days. If delivery is not accepted within this period:
• A 10% monthly storage charge (based on order value) will be applied for the next 60 days.
• After 90 days from the date of purchase, the order will be cancelled, and any amount paid will be retained as storage and administrative charges.
• Gusto Furniture reserves the right to resell the product. No claims will be entertained thereafter.
3. Delivery Charges
3.1. Mainland UAE (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, RAK, Fujairah, Al Ain, Ajman, UAQ, Khorfakkan)
• Orders above AED 500: Free delivery
• Orders below AED 500: AED 30 delivery charge
3.2. Remote West UAE Areas
Includes: Al Wagan, Al Sila, Madinat Zayed, Bu Hasa, Al Ruwais, Asab, Al Khis, Ghiyathi, Al Hamra
• Orders below AED 10,000: AED 500 delivery charge
• Orders above AED 10,000: Free delivery
3.3. Next-Day Delivery (UAE)
• Available upon request
• AED 300 flat rate
