1. Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy
1.1 Cancellation Before Dispatch
Customers may cancel online orders before dispatch through their account dashboard, or by contacting our customer service.
1.2 Refund Processing
For cancelled orders, refunds will be issued to the same card or payment method used for purchase. Please allow 5–7 working days depending on your bank’s policy.

1.4 Delays in Refunds
Gusto Furniture is not liable for any delays in the refund process caused by the issuing bank.
1.5 Cancellation After Dispatch
If the item has already been dispatched:
• Manufacturing defects are covered under our 2-year warranty.
• For other reasons, cancellation is permitted:
• At time of delivery (after inspection)
• Within 3 days of delivery
In both cases, refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
1.6 Return Conditions
Returns will only be accepted if:
• The item is in original condition, unused, and undamaged
• The item is in its original packaging
• Inspection confirms no signs of wear or misuse
1.7 Return Collection Charges
If the return requires our delivery team to collect the item from your location, a return handling fee will apply. This charge will be deducted from the refund and communicated prior to collection.
1.8 Refund Timeframe
Refunds for approved returns will be processed via the original payment method within 5–7 working days after inspection and approval.

2. Exchange Policy
2.1 Eligibility
Exchanges can be requested within 3 days of delivery.
2.2 Conditions
Products must be returned in original condition, unused, and undamaged for the exchange to be accepted.
2.3 Credit Notes
If the customer is unsure about the new item, a credit note valid for 3 months will be issued.
2.4 Price Differences
• For a higher value exchange, the difference must be paid before processing.
• For a lower value exchange, the balance will be issued as a credit note valid for 3 months.
2.5 Non-Exchangeable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
• Mattresses
• Wallpaper purchases
2.6 International Orders
For Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar & Bahrain orders:
• Returns & exchanges are not accepted unless there is a verified manufacturing defect.
• We encourage full inspection upon delivery.
3. General Guidelines
3.1 Click & Collect
Available for orders below AED 1,000 from our Sharjah showroom. Our team will contact you once your order is ready for pickup.
3.2 Cash on Delivery (COD)
Available for orders below AED 5,000 within the UAE.
If you prefer card payment on delivery, inform us in advance so we can arrange a POS machine.
3.3 Free Storage
Gusto Furniture offers 30 days free storage from the invoice date.
3.4 Warranty
All products are covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
4. Super Sale Items
• No returns or refunds on discounted/sale items.
• Exchange only is permitted within 3 days of delivery.
5. Returns for International Deliveries
• For all orders delivered to Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar, or Bahrain, returns, exchanges, or refunds are not allowed.
• Exception: If a product is found to have a manufacturing defect, Gusto Furniture may review the case at its sole discretion.
