We are looking for a creative and trend-savvy Social Media Manager / Content Creator to join our growing team. If you have a passion for design, luxury lifestyle, and storytelling — this is your chance to bring the Gusto brand to life across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute a monthly content calendar for Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms
• Shoot and edit high-quality photos, Reels, and Stories directly from showroom and project sites
• Write engaging captions in line with our luxury brand voice
• Respond to comments, DMs, and interact with community
• Track performance and suggest improvements based on reach, saves, and engagement
• Collaborate with our designers, showroom team, and e-commerce staff to gather content
• Stay up to date with design and social media trends to keep the brand fresh and relevant

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing social media accounts for design, fashion, or luxury brands
• Strong photography and video editing skills (CapCut, InShot, Lightroom, etc.)
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment
• Eye for design, composition, and aesthetics is a must
• Knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest best practices
